The Kind Worth Killing by Peter Swanson

4.0

October always has me wanting to read atmospheric or mystery/thriller books. This one was a perfect choice for the month! Reminiscent of Strangers on a Train, this is your basic "let me help you kill your wife" thriller. Except there is nothing basic about this story. I won't go into any more details because, like so many books in this genre, you're best going in knowing as few details as possible. Suffice it to say, this book kept me turning the pages long into the night.

Also, please, please stop comparing all thrillers to Gone Girl and Girl on the Train...enough already. Not everything is a knock off of those two books and you are doing a major disservice to the authors by making unfounded comparisons.
