dark emotional mysterious sad tense fast-paced

This book was how I ended 2024. In fact, if I’m being honest, I had less than an hour left when my family went to a NYE party - I may or may not have been secretly reading it on my phone. My husband of course, caught me. And I said two things. 1) I’m not finishing out the new year with only 25 minutes left in a book and 2) I am not going to end this night without knowing how this ends!

Anyway, I was very aggressively suggested to read this book. And I’ll admit, for good reason. I loved this. It was hot AF. SO spicy. It was so twisty.

Some of it was expected, but also little hidden bits inside of the twists. and dammit these three guys are 🦴 🍎 🦷 Something I love in a book is when the smut is directly tied to the plot. Sex is a plot point, and in that case, I can call it research literature when I talk to my therapist. Do make sure to read trigger warnings! Also, if a review says a book has too much sex, I’m immediately on board. Your one star is my 5 star. THANK YOU.
