The Yogi Witch : Bloodlines and Legacies by Zorian Cross

5.0

The Yogi Witch is a very interesting read you will get to read about history, astrology, witchcraft, magic etc along with love, emotions, struggle and courage. There is so much in it that you will need time to comprehend what you just read. The book was so hooking that I couldn't keep it down and thus ended up finishing it in a day or two. And I got to learn so much with it.

This felt like a beautiful fantasy book with a fictional twist and a lot of emotions. It also can be said as a queer romance and showcases the struggles that they have to face in the external world as well as with their feelings.

The Protagonist - Jai Gill teaches yoga and reads tarot and whatnot during the day. But By night, he is a witch, killing all sorts of demons. He was raised by her grandmother and aunts who are equally cool to read about. Until a new boy moves into their neighbourhood and Jai falls in love only to realise their family secrets were even bigger than theirs.

The book is filled with knowledge as well as fun and is like a whole journey of life that you get to live with the protagonist. There’s Adventure, Philosophies, Culture, Festivals, Rituals and much more that you will get when you read it.

There’s wonderful character development. I was able to feel the character of Jai just like all of us feel at times or other. You would be able to Connect and relate with them throughout the story.
The cover is soo beautiful that I felt like picking it up straight away.

I loved how it’s such a realistic fantasy. It was a very great read but I still definitely would like it to have a sequel to know more. Iykyk.

Recommended to everyone who loves knowledgeable yet fun reads.
