If I didn't have a million books on my TBR... I would have devoured this series immediately! I am definitely going to re-read this book soon, so I can continue the series! I mean how could I just leave Maxon high and dry like that?
Anyone who receives a letter from the royal family stating that they have been chosen to
potentially marry the prince would be ecstatic... right!? Well not America Singer. in fact, when she
receives an invitation to compete in a competition to win Prince Maxon's heart, she couldn't be less
interested. She had no desire to leave the comfort of her tiny home, family, and secret boyfriend. Of
course this opportunity is WAY to good to pass up. Her struggling family and friends could really use
the money, opportunities, and security that comes with a crown. So, She decides to give it a go. Her
plan? Stay in the competition for at least a couple more paychecks...

This book was my crack! It was the perfect form of easy trashy romance that I all know we crave! I thought Maxon was so charming and adorable! Not to mention, I didn't even hate the love triangle! I have to read the rest of the series... I JUST HAVE TOO!
