Nyxia Unleashed
by Scott Reintgen
This book is a gem.
I read the first book in the series maybe three or four years ago, so trying to jump into this one was a little bit like stumbling through the dark, but alas, I was in another country and didn't have the luxury of rereading the first book for a little context about who the hell these characters well, although I'm sure I'll reread it before I read the third book, which is already on my shelf, due to a happy little shipping accident (wow, run on sentence, but whatever).
Nyxia deserves so much love, and the fact that I was still fully invested in this book, even though I didn't remember much about the first, says something.
I don't have a lot to say, except that this book is a blessing, and I love it with my whole heart.
