Lily is a 17 year old Junior Olympian, who faces a major setback in her and her father's plans for her life. While Lily is more accepting of her new reality, her father is not. While most of the book focuses on Lily, the the happily ever after's are all around.

I have read many Danielle Steel novels and this was not my favorite. Maybe I am getting older and reading about how money makes everything possible just doesn't set the way it used to. The story seemed rushed through a year's worth of story in just a few weeks time. It was a sweet story overall, and I would recommend it to a younger audience.
