I loved Someone You Deserve by Harlow James! Travel back to the charming small town of Carrington Cove for this emotional friends-to-lovers romance. Penn and Astrid will melt your heart with their sizzling chemistry, genuine friendship, and mutual pining. She lost her husband years ago and he made a promise to protect his best friend’s family; unwilling to disrupt their chosen family dynamic, they’ve resisted their attraction for years. The baker and the reliable town handyman were perfectly paired with sweetheart energy, I was smitten with them. Astrid was relatable and endearing, her backstory made my heart ache.
