The love triangle thing made Celaena actually feel like her age...what immaturity. Thank goodness that it wraps up a bit after the conclusion of this book, and we can MOVE on from that...yikes...overall, though, this was good. Action-packed, and I love to see the plot thicken. Although I called one of the plot twists right away, I was still intrigued by the overall world-building and plot. Celaena honestly seems to make ding-dong decisions throughout, but I suppose that is part of the plot. Hopefully, that gets better throughout the novels. I thoroughly enjoy Dorian and Chaol as characters (yes, flaws and all!). I am looking forward to reading more in the series.
