this book literally made me mad. i like lynns painters other books so i cant figure out why this one was just so ... not it? olivia didnt feel like an actual person or fully realised character, colin kind of had just no substance. the third act break up and the getting back together was so juvenile and made no sense. the only redeemable bit was the text conversations. they had obvious chemistry then. just unfortunate that their personalities over text did not match with their off text personalities at all.
