A Game of Hearts and Heists by Ruby Roe

I never expected to liked this one as I've never really been into fantasy before. So yes, this is my first time reading a sapphic fantasy. And this made me want to read more. Though, it took me a while to finish this book because I still have a hard time putting my head on fantasy, its hard for me to get a grasp on it, I did enjoyed reading this, so much unexpectedly.

I do love me some enemy to lovers trope. I love when the couple gets to the point when they realize the hate they have for each other turns into love. When they realize they'd to anything to protect each other, when the hatred turns into protectiveness. And you'll definitely get that in this book.

The hate runs deep, but the love that comes out of it is even deeper. I'd love to read this again sometime in the future. Some scenes gave me butterflies.

This book has plenty of steam though, however, its not really toe-curling spice compared to other spice I've read before but its still good. I'd rate the spice around 3/5
