This was such a fun read, in spite of the fact that there is a death in every chapter. It is somehow lighthearted while also not holding any punches in addressing grief and death. The ripple effects of grief and loss are written beautifully. It was also very lovely to have a cat protagonist (who is in no way harmed). This one touched my tender heart.
Graphic: Alcoholism, Body horror, Cancer, Child abuse, Child death, Cursing, Death, Domestic abuse, Drug use, Suicidal thoughts, Suicide, Terminal illness, Blood, Grief, Car accident, Death of parent, Murder, Pregnancy, Alcohol, Sexual harassment, Injury/Injury detail
Moderate: Infidelity, Self harm
Minor: Dementia
A character is noted to have scars on their wrists. It is assumed that these are self harm, but they are revealed to be accidental.
