I love this story. I loved the characters, their relationship with one another, how it develops in a relatively natural way. It's character-driven. Throughout the novel, you're asking yourself what happened between the two protagonists, and then you're like "oh yeah, that makes sense." It's cute. Like giggly type. I friggin giggled...audibly to myself like some kind of loser. And IT'S NOT CRINGEY! Which is huge. Sometimes I read some dialogue in romance books and it seems like the author had never spoken to anyone before. That's mean. I'm sorry. But I'm only human.
