Steady Now
by Liberty Stowe
In this delightful small-town story, Wren and Hud are beautifully imperfect characters who exude loyalty and charm. Their romance starts off with a hint of insta-love, but the chemistry between them gradually develops into a slow-burning connection. I found their journey captivating and enjoyed how the plot unfolded. True to the small-town vibe, the supporting characters are just as memorable and add richness to the story. I especially appreciated the reference to Erin Brockovich in the dialogue, which ties into the land rights issue. Overall, this book was an engaging read that I really enjoyed. Thank you to NetGalley and RupertBossier for the ARC!
