This is a book that not everyone will get along with but I absolutely LOVED it.  The narrator is so funny in such a dark way, the terror of growing up in Belfast during the Troubles comes through despite no real details, and I really really enjoyed the narrative risks Anna Burns took here.  Stream of consciousness and paranoia go so well together.
