“Having your shit together is not a prerequisite for love.”
A very well-rounded debut! Truly a great exploration of living with grief and finding your passion. Docked a star for the frustration I felt with Bennet not getting the mental health help she needed earlier (I get it was needed for the character growth but it bothered me) and a bit for her behavior prior to the end (because again, it was because she needed help). Teared up at the wedding and the end!
TW: severe depression, mental health, grief, car accident (off page)
