challenging emotional reflective slow-paced
I am not rating poetry books because it's fine when I think something is 5 stars (like this) but sometimes I don't understand a book enough to know whether it is good. ANd at the back of my mind I do wonder if that's a deficit in me not the book sometimes...but maybe also not always. I am still learning what poetry even is although I am 49 and have been writing it since I was 7 or so. But I started off very naive and the progress from there is SLOW.

I mean I didn't understand this one entirely but it was still very worthwhile to spend time with it. It has a lot of spiritual/folklore elements, ancestors, the pain and joys of living, rampant eroticism (ecoeroticism perhaps but that's nother language I am still learning).

I am only writing a review because I recommend this book very strongly. You should read it
