The characters in this were amazing! Yes, Liv could come across as a bit rude at times, in terms of how she treated Colin’s apartment, but she was hilarious. I loved her and found her to be rather endearing and would love a friend like her. There would never be a dull moment. As for Colin, I adored him. I loved every interaction between him and Liv whether it was their hilarious back and forth remarks or the romantic/lust scenes. My heart went every time he called her Marshall or sunshine.
I also loved all the interactions with the secondary characters - Liv and Sara, Liv & Jack, Colin and Jill and Colin and Jack. Even though the book didn’t need it, I would have loved to have seen more of those relationships.
The storyline was a classic romcom and I could not get enough! I loved how it played out. The humour was just perfect! It’s my kind of humour and exactly how I would be with a partner in terms of the back and forth banter. I think I may have been 2 pages in before I started laughing.
