Avery and Derek's relationship is very sweet and the progression of it is just so satisfying. The fact that you can see the lines blurring between what is part of the act and what is real very early on just sets up and reinforces the fact that everyone around them can't tell that it wasn't a real relationship. It just shows how great they are together 💜
