Recipe for a Perfect Wife by Karma Brown
4.0

I haven't read anything quite like this before and really found myself pulled into it from the beginning. The story is told from the perspectives of two women, sixty years apart, living in the same house. I especially enjoyed reading the 1955 chapters, which included recipes. It's captivating to see the ways in which expectations of women and men have both changed and stayed the same over the years.
