The short blurb caught my attention. The dreamy, minimalistic cover drew me in. I am glad I picked this book up.
It's written in full Tagalog, and I was surprised at how unique it was with its enrapturing imagery and cast of characters. Some narratives were very hard-hitting (ie, sobbed so much on page 80).
I enjoyed this book but the ending felt a little strange to me.
If you have finished the book, and can you let me know what you thought of the lines:
"Isinilang ako sa mundo. Sa napakagandang mundo. Na ipinagkait sa aking makita."
... because it seriously threw me off.
