so happy I picked this up for a solo beach day! it finally got me back into reading. it is a marriage of all my favorite elements -  female protagonist who is a badass, BAU (thanks, Criminal Minds), family relationships, near the ocean, strong single woman, & mystery. it kind of reminded me of my comfort series, A is for Alibi. i would LOVE to see this turned into a series
