Listening to the book provides a whole different experience than reading it would.

First of all, I loved that it was read by Lin Manual Miranda. But it made me notice so many “I said” “He said” sentences. Places where the author could have said questioned, paused, etc.

This was sweet and some of the plot was definitely unexpected. I know the whole point of the book was Ari figuring out who he was but I wish he figured out some earlier.
