I didn’t expect it, but the way I’m feeling right now is exactly how I felt when I read Twilight for the first time at 16. I wish I had finished this book when I first picked it up back then - but maybe it found its way back to me at the perfect time.
I love Wanda so much it hurts. My heart was bursting by the end, knowing that she finally found a home - and that all the love she so selflessly gave finally came back to her. It was everything she deserved.
Stephenie Meyer, I truly wish you never stopped writing. You’ve always had a way of gripping my heart.
Some books indeed don’t leave you - they just wait until you’re finally ready to feel it fully.
