I’m usually not a fan of POV changes in a series, but it was needed due to the end of the first, and also I adore Elm
Very exciting story. It didn’t feel quite as gripping as the first, and was a little slow, but it was very satisfying
I really thought that uniting the deck with infected blood was gonna turn out to be Elspeth needing to touch and absorb all the cards (thus united within her, get it), but alas
