This was a good katie fforde story. The characters were good but I didn't connect as much as I have as with other characters Katie has written about. I liked the mirroring of being on a Scottish island as opposed to Dominica and thought that was done really well. The side characters were well rounded if possibly too many of them. Decent katie fforde book.
