Lifespan: Why We Age—And Why We Don't Have to
by David A. Sinclair, Matthew D. Laplante
Lifespan starts off with the biology of why we age and gradually moves through to methods to stop ageing and the effects of ageing on society, at times I felt that it went well beyond the scope and explains the effects of ageing as well.
The book offers practical tips to slow down ageing as well as some more experimental and anecdotal methods. David Sinclair is extremely optimistic about ageing and essentially claims that we could solve or greatly improve ageing right now if we had the resources.
I will say I looked him up on youtube and he is 50 but looks about 30 so maybe it works! Overall I'd highly recommend the book.
