Sixteen Horses by Greg Buchanan

I really enjoyed reading this book, the tales of intrigue in a small coastal town. The subject matter was occasionally difficult to get through, but it mattered to the story, and therefore was ok.
I wished I’d learnt more about several of the characters, Kate in particular, and Cooper’s history. But maybe they’re prequels for the author!
The was at our book club a love/hate book, and I can understand why, with the gruesomeness of some chapters. But for me, I really loved it.
