Though this book at times can come off as a little pretentious and is definitely coming from a privileged perspective, I like the concrete details given to effect change in one's own life. Goal setting is definitely an important part of getting what one wants in life and this book will get you prepared to create goals and take action. Though I already use many of the methods mentioned in this book, there were some new ideas for goal setting and tracking that I appreciated. I enjoyed the action summaries at the end of each chapters and the worksheets available to aid in self-reflection and behavior tracking. Definitely one of the best self-help books I have read.
