I was recently hit with a tsunami-sized wave of nostalgia regarding these books, and so I decided to reread them. Now, I didn’t reread all of The Boxcar Children books; there are about 150 books just in the original series, and three accompanying series (The Boxcar Children Special, The Adventures of Benny and Watch, and The Boxcar Children Great Adventure.) So instead of going to the library and checking out a gajillion books, I downloaded the first 6, which my library offered on Overdrive, and just read those. Even though I’m now in my 20s, I loved these books nearly as much as I did as a child. Read the full review here
