The Last Garden in England by Julia Kelly
4.0
I enjoyed reading the book, but I really enjoyed the audiobook. For me, skipping between three timelines was easier when I listened to the story.
The Last Garden in England takes the reader through the creation of a gorgeous garden, to its destruction during WW2 to its rebirth in present day. I don't think there is a better illustration of how much damage the war caused and how the people were able to rise above it.
