Sparrow Hill Road
by Seanan McGuire
Seanan McGuire has created a hidden, haunted America that feels close and real enough to touch. The fact that this book started life as a series of short stories means it feels more like an episodic road trip than a cohesive novel, but that didn’t detract from my enjoyment. Would definitely recommend to fans of Supernatural and Gods, as well as anyone who likes ghost stories and 1950’s nostalgia.
