The Kind Worth Saving by Peter Swanson
3.0

3.5 stars? I had such high hopes for this as The Kind Worth Killing was a great thriller for me. This one didn't quite live up to the high hopes that I had.

This follows the story of Henry Kimball, now a PI as he is hired by a former student to investigate a potential affair of her husband. The story then reveals information of her past, and Henry's as well as crimes of yesterday are revealed.

My issue here is that while I can often suspend belief for the sake of a good story, the motives for several of our characters are paper thin which took away from the story. I wish sometime was spend developing them and their motives for the actions that they took.
