wow. this book was absolutely unreal. i usually don’t read marriage in crisis stories but this was incredible. i felt the pain of Jeanine and Dylan, my heartstrings on a rollercoaster ride for the duration of the book. i don’t want to say too much because there’s truly so much involved but just know i’ll be thinking about this book for a long time.
now there are trigger warnings and this book does grapple with some serious topics so definitely check those out before grabbing your own copy. i loved everything about this, the hockey, the family, the angst, the love. i can’t wait for the rest of this series.
