This is something I definitely needed as someone who struggles with negative self-talk. I'll leave it at that. The bottom line is that positive self-talk is like learning a language: it can be strange and tough, but with time, it starts to become a part of you. That was simple yet rings so true.

This is a book that has the tropes of the self help genre, but it’s accessible to the layman that it’s sure to be helpful.

The basic idea is that changing your outlook can make a difference. It won’t solve all your problems, but it will help you be resilient when problems do arise.

I’m so glad to have listened to this book on audio.
