The Player and the Pixie

4.5 stars!
Meet my Sean:

Meet my Lucy:

Okay, so I was really NOT SURE if I wanted to read this book but I had nothing to read so I just:

And said, "what the heck!"
I was seriously surprised how much I actually enjoyed this book! I honestly LOVED Sean and I WAS SOOOOOO NOT PREPARED FOR THAT!
So we start off with an unfeeling jackbutt who actually thinks no one could ever care for him. So of course, me being me, I fell in love with him. He was so vulnerable with Lucy and I loved seeing him discover himself and who he could actually be with this woman by his side.
Lucy, Lucy, Lucy, I found her a BIT annoying in this one. She was my girl in the first one but I don't know, her insecurities and even her habit was annoying. She is supposed to be a shoplifter who has been thieving for MANY years...but she sucks...and she's always surprised when she gets caught... I felt like Sean just took whatever scraps she was willing to give but I did get why she was like that because of the history between Sean and Ronan, her brother.
The pacing was great in this one and I felt like it flowed really well! I'm happy I picked this one up and I hope the third one is a hit too! But you alllllll know I lurveeeeeee angst! :D
