Probably one of my new favorites. Heartbreaking, disgusting, but fun. The kids remind you of ones you’d meet every day or have been in your childhood. Cutter gives these kids such depth (as much as kids can get) and you really feel for them. I’m a sucker for body horror and this book delivered. The paranoia is contagious and seeps through the pages. Cutter has you rooting for the kids, because at the end of the day they’re just kids.
