Maybe You Should Talk to Someone: A Therapist, Her Therapist, and Our Lives Revealed by Lori Gottlieb

4.0

I read this book last spring. I picked it up again a couple of days ago to track down a quote I vaguely remembered and ended up reading the whole thing over again. It’s good, and informative about the therapy process, and both times I was really invested in the stories of her patients. There’s just something a little too voyeur-ish about it, though. Both times I’ve ended it feeling vaguely uncomfortable, at the same time that I’m really glad I read it.
