This book is hard to review. It was an interesting read, but it wasn't the lighthearted romcom it was billed as. Not with one of the overarching plot points being how the two main characters might be out of work come Christmas. The pacing was also off, with the plot dragging in bits and speeding by at others, leaving the reader caught in the middle. It was an enjoyable read, and I really liked the stories behind the rings left behind, be it someone who has spent years looking for the ring, or someone who immediately replaced it so their spouse would never find out.
