After the Fire
by Will Hill
I am definitely still reeling with the intensity of this story. In short, it is haunting, unpredictable, troubling, brilliant, quick-witted, creative, excruciatingly painful, and the moments of joy and triumph made me want to sob with relief. This is one of the most intense novels I have ever read, and I would HIGHLY caution that VIEWER DISCRETION by used, particularly for victims of physical abuse, sexual abuse, and religious abuse of any form, but it’s phenomenal and I’m postively floored. Will Hill is a genius.
