I enjoyed the story. I was frustrated by the will they or won’t they moment in the third act. However, I understood Archer’s and Serenity’s hesitance to proceed given

the return of Tyra.

It’s an understandable roadblock. But I’m glad Serenity and Archer got their HEA. There are some things I wished the author included. I would have liked a back story with Serenity’s parents, especially her mom since she was so anti-art. I also would have liked Serenity to have expanded friend group. She felt isolated due to the dark clouds hanging over her relationships with Theo

and Tyra.

I wish she had someone to vent to about her internal conflict. With that said, I look forward to reading other books by this author.
