why did it take me as long as it did to start reading this??!!! i can thank tiktok for putting me on some of the best stories i've read this year. for real. this story's got me fuuuucked up in every which way. catch me screaming crying giggling punching the air because i love everything about this manga. i love that we have a deaf protagonist! i don't see a lot of deaf representation in literature. i haven't really come across a lot of stories with deaf leads, so this is a fresh perspective to read. and this has become my next hyper-fixation... i read all available volumes in like 4 days. eeeeep. i just couldn't put this down. absolutely psyched for volume 8 chapters to start hitting later this month.

yuki is sooo adorable. she's such a cute and gentle person. but i also love how forward she is, and how much courage she has to put herself out there. especially when something is unfamiliar to her. like the prospects of love and dating! i love that about her. she's so shy, but i sense a great determination from her to learn new things and broaden her horizons, however small.

i'm also obsessed with itsoumi-san. homeboy doesn't tiptoe around her deafness and treats her like he would treat anyone else. he's sweet, kind, patient, smart, and curious in the best ways possible. shuuu, i'd be simping for itsoumi-san too, with a personality and face like that. like yuki, i get it. got me falling in love too. obsessed with their flourishing relationship. diabetes!!!!!!

also, gotta say. everyone here is so fucking attractive. wow. aaaaand, as someone who also has a fascination with hands... this is the perfect series for me... :')
