I thought this was absolutely delightful. I’m a sucker for an over enthusiastic, earnest character, and Kenta is a great MC with an incredible passion for barbecuing (and food in general). I also loved that there were actual recipes within the story even though I’m a) not much of a meat eater and b) much of a cook - I think it’s a great way for readers to connect with the story and encourage experimenting with food. Since this is only the first volume it was all about Kenta, so I’m hoping as the story progresses we get more regarding Chihiro and her passions. This was such a sweet, fun romance and I can’t wait to continue!!
