I nearly gave up in the first 25% where very little happened except the main character complaining about being tired. The bones of a really great story were here, and I enjoyed parts of it, but the end was rushed with an eye-rolling "made for TV series" cliffhanger of a last paragraph. I was also pretty put off by the TW
