It was a very interesting read, and it echoed many of my frustrations with the way the US structured marriage as a legal entity. 

My biggest frustration is how it seemed to move so heavily toward dyadic relationships, even when the people involved mentioned a third good friend or made it a point to highlight community. I wanted to celebrate strong relationships, plural, not just relationship, singular
