for the first two parts, i really enjoyed it and could totally see the points porter was trying to make. i thought the commentary on food and body image was so magnificent and unique. making food taboo and sex normalized was so interesting, and i think porter is so creative for giving us new perspectives on the topics. then part 3 came and almost solely focused on reiko, and it left the food commentary behind completely. i no longer knew the point porter was trying to make. i’m giving it 4 stars because the i LOVE the idea. it had a great beginning, but the execution didn’t successfully come to fruition.
