I can’t with this book anymore omg. I’m skipping the chapters that feel completely irrelevant starting from now on because I feel like I’m just wasting my time, I never know what she’s writing about. I feel like she’s getting two ⭐️s from me because I just never know what she’s talking about. I get the creative references and including other people’s art but as a person who’s completely oblivious to any of the movies or songs or books that she includes in WHOLE CHAPTERS I just can’t- it’s difficult reading through something I don’t understand.

I “finished” it… COMPLETELY BAD. I won’t throw Carmen a pity party because this book did suck and we can’t do shit about that. I’m not rating it higher than 2/5 though.
