3.5 This was a really pretty book. I enjoyed the concept of the magical doors and the adventure. The ending was quite lovely. It’s a very light hearted read for the adult fantasy lover. I personally did not connect with the style of writing and found certain parts of it drawn out and challenging to finish as it tended to lose my attention. However, if you enjoy the authors style of writing, it has the potential to be a magical read for some.
