Bloodline by Claudia Gray
3.0

Being 44 years of age, Star Wars was my childhood and adolescence. I don’t think I will ever stop wanting to delve into this galaxy.

Hence my reading of “Bloodline” a Star Wars canon novel set in between “Return of the Jedi” and “The Force Awakens”.

“Bloodline” focuses on Princess Leia, her role in the senate and the adventures she has. The strength of the novel is the characters in particular Leia and new addition Ransolm Casterfo.

The weakness would be the lack of action as various plot lines are rounded up too quickly and simply leaving this an underwhelming read.
