The Distance Between Us by Kasie West

3.0

“Feelings can be the most costly thing in the universe.”

This book doesn't reach its potential at all. IT only scratched the surface of all the deeper topics that it could incude. It also ends kind of abruptly and it makes it seem unfinished. We still have no idea about Caymen's father. What really happened between her mother and grandparents? They supposedly threw her out of the house but suddenly they are all good and nice at the end???? Still, it's a fun read with lots of sarcasm included. If you don't expect much from your YA romance, it's a good pick.
