This one has been on my TBR for months and I finally got to it and it's wonderful to sum it up in a word.

In the start, it was very slow and I was kind of regretting picking it up but I pushed through and it was worth it.

The plot is kind of haphazard, the author jumps to flashbacks and present time without any indication but that's the charm of this story, it's like being in a person's head but the person is just like the watcher from Marvel's what if..?

This book is a beautiful mess and everyone should read it once. I'm too young to understand some of the things Backman talks about in this story of idiots but maybe somewhere down the line I'll know what he means.

It felt like a self help, preachy kind of book in the beginning to me but it is absolutely not. The characters, every single one of them are so real and loveable but annoying and irritating at the same time. You root for them to win but also want them to shut up sometimes.

The best thing about the story for me is the way it repersented the love stories in such a beautiful way. There are not enough words for me to describe how great the love stories are.

This story is like a friend whose shoulder you can cry upon. A must read and even re-read.
